Snake River Farms “Calotte du boeuf grillee”, roasted romaine lettuce, beets “Cuits sous vide”, bone marrow pudding and “sauce au Raifort”.

Probably THE best piece of beef I’ve ever eaten in my life.

Andante Dairy “Acapella”, olive oil genoise, Silverado Trail strawberries and young fennel.
